My coaching journey

I am an explorer of the soul.

After a lifetime of personal and spiritual inquiry, psychosynthesis found me.

I had been planning for years to become certified as a life coach, and when I finally took a step towards that call, I was guided to psychosynthesis, and to the training program at Synthesis Northeast. I had absolutely no idea how powerful that experience would be.

It was as though I was learning a language I had been waiting my whole life to know. I began to understand and relate with myself in a new and more compassionate way.

I went to training to learn how to be a coach and I left knowing how to be more myself.

As my psychosynthesis training went on, it became clear to me how important my previous training in massage therapy and yoga would be. Our bodies carry our pain, as well as our wisdom. They are an essential access point to our history, and to “the mystery.”

I heard the term “patient-centered” again and again throughout my nearly 20-year career as a healthcare administrator. However, it wasn’t until training in psychosynthesis that I first saw a truly person-centered model.

I spend as much time as possible making art, connecting with loved ones, being in nature, seeing live music, and continuing to learn how to be more fully and authentically myself, and how to help others do the same.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late thirties. I do not yet have training in ADHD coaching, but I do offer my own personal experience with processing adult diagnosis and learning to manage ADHD.

I have also experienced some challenging losses in my life- my mother to cancer, my partner to an accident, my cousin to alcohol; divorce, job loss, a near-death experience- I have seen some stuff! I am comfortable supporting clients in their grief and recovery process.

I have the great fortune of being mother to the most amazing son. Oliver is an outdoorsman, a writer, a musician, and one of the best people I know.

I  welcome people of all backgrounds and identities.

What clients are saying:

“I was able to meet my goals and I continue to do so. I will continue working with this wonderful coach as needed and I recommend her to anyone who has the need for guidance and to truly be heard.”
